Welcome to Guiano's Cleaning Co., LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope of work differs significantly from what was originally discussed.
Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout/trip fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will gladly return to address any missed areas that fall within the original scope of work.
This guarantee does not include new messes, additional cleaning requests, or issues occurring after our service has been completed.
Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
If entry cannot be gained at the scheduled appointment time, additional fees may apply.
Pets
We love pets!
For everyone's safety, customers are responsible for informing us of any pets before the appointment.
Aggressive pets must be secured during the cleaning.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our team:
Areas containing biohazards, human waste, animal waste, mold, or hazardous materials are not included in standard cleaning services.
We reserve the right to decline services that present unsafe working conditions.
Personal Property
Customers are responsible for securing valuables, cash, firearms, jewelry, prescription medications, and other irreplaceable items before service.
Guiano's Cleaning Co., LLC is not responsible for loss of unsecured valuables.
Damage Policy
While we exercise great care in every home, accidents can occasionally happen.
Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed fixtures
Worn, aged, or delicate materials
Normal wear and tear
If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the matter fairly.
Breakage
Items that are unstable, improperly secured, or have existing damage may be at greater risk during normal cleaning.
Please notify us in advance of any fragile or valuable items requiring special care.
Heavy Furniture
For safety reasons, our team does not move furniture exceeding approximately 35 pounds.
We will clean accessible areas around heavy furniture unless otherwise agreed upon.
Utilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that running water and electricity are available during the scheduled appointment.
Weather & Emergencies
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
Photography
With customer permission, we may photograph completed work for quality assurance or marketing purposes.
No identifying personal information or family photographs will ever be shared without written consent.
Website Information
While we strive to keep all information accurate and current, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guiano's Cleaning Co., LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Acceptance
By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Guiano's Cleaning Co., LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
